Raleswinga Attorneys Inc. began in February 2015 with a single admitted attorney and an uncompromising standard. Ten years later, the firm is a team of admitted attorneys — all with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa — supported by ten dedicated professionals.

Alex Sello Raleswinga
- Managing Director
Raleswinga Attorneys Inc was founded by Mr Alex Raleswinga, an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with Right of appearance and has been practicing for over 15 years.
He is the Managing Director of the firm and specialize in Civil Litigation and Commercial Contracting as well as registered at as well as holding a Debt Collectors Certificate, Contracts, Mediation, Labour and many more.
He hold a B Proc , Qualified Mediator, legal compliance as well as a registered Debt Collector. Alex’s forward-thinking approach, knowledge of his clients’ needs and his capacity for devising pro-active innovative solutions are characteristics that make him a sought-after specialist. His firm standing is what drives the various contract management and drafting from various companies.

Phathutshedzo Singo
- Associate
Phathutshedzo is an admitted attorney of the High Court with Right of appearance. She manages the firm’s Legal Cost Department, she is not only the accredited Divorce Mediator of the firm but a qualified mediator as well. she is a registered debt counsellor registered Counsel for Debt Collectors and is partionate about Litigation.
She completed her studies at the University of South Africa and holds LLB Degree, Certificates in Civil Mediation, Certificate in Legal Cost Practioner, Commercial and contract law specialist as well as a Debt Collectors Certificate and LLM in Banking Law currently in progress.
She has over 10 years of experience in Civil Litigation related matters ,administration of deceased estates, mediation Labour related matters. Phathutshedzo is self-driven, very persistent, Pro-active, solution driven and overly ambitious, she believes in empowering and training young Candidate Attorneys. Her hobbies are reading, hiking, travelling, public speaking and world history.

Maria Raleswinga
- Associate
Maria is an admitted attorney with the Right of Appearance at the High Court of South Africa with over 8 years in Practice.
She obtained B. Proc at Vista University, a Certificate in Medical Law, Qualified mediator and a Debt Collector that is registered with the counsel of debt collectors.
Maria manages the Debt Collection Department and transformed it to a business unit that differentiates us from industry competitors. She oversees the implementation of legal services tailer makes the approach to medical negligence and medical laws with insurance companies smooth at the firm to enhance the service offering of the firm to its clients.
Maria is actively involved in several charity organization. She enjoys Hiking ,netball travelling, to revitalizes her overly worked mind.
